On January 19, Leadership Florida hosted a dynamic recruitment event in Pasco County for the West Central region, welcoming professionals ready to step into leadership at the next level.
Dr. Renée Baker, current Regional Chair for Leadership Florida West Central, spoke powerfully about the mission of Leadership Florida, the depth of the program, and the responsibility leaders carry when shaping the future of our state. Her message was clear. Leadership is not about title. It is about impact.
