TAMPA, Fla. — We’re proud to announce that Dr. Renée Baker, CEO and Founder of The RBI Group and author of Abundance Unleashed, will serve as the keynote speaker for Junior Achievement’s upcoming 3DE EmpowerHER event, taking place on January 22, 2026, in Tampa, FL.
EmpowerHER is a signature event by Junior Achievement experience designed to inspire and equip the next generation of female leaders. The event will bring together about 45 ambitious 11th-grade young women from 3DE high schools across the Tampa Bay region for a morning of mentorship, leadership development, and entrepreneurial engagement.
Dr. Baker will share her personal journey as a business leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for women’s economic empowerment. Her keynote will focus on resilience, confidence, leadership identity, and the power of taking action before perfection. Drawing from her lived experience and professional expertise, she will challenge students to expand their vision of what is possible and to step into leadership with clarity and courage.

In addition to the keynote address, the EmpowerHER event will feature networking and mentorship opportunities with female executives and business leaders, as well as interactive sessions where students receive feedback on entrepreneurial ideas in preparation for their upcoming 3DE Market Expo.
