The 3DE Leadership students at Blake High School recently had the opportunity to learn from Dr. Renée Baker, during an inspiring session focused on leadership, innovation, and personal growth. Dr. Baker shared her High HAI framework and emphasized the power of the three C’s—Curiosity, Courage, and Creativity—as essential qualities for building authentic and impactful leadership.
Through personal stories and real-world insights, Dr. Baker connected deeply with the students, reminding them that leadership is not defined by titles, but by mindset and action. Her message encouraged each student to think boldly, stay curious, and lead with heart. The students expressed their gratitude for Dr. Baker’s time, wisdom, and the meaningful connections she made during her visit—leaving them inspired to grow as the next generation of leaders.
