Dr. Renée Baker Driving Collaborative Solutions for Student Success

Dr. Renée Baker is deeply committed to advancing educational equity and student success through community collaboration. Earlier this week, she joined more than 70 community partners, district leaders, F.A.C.E. Ambassadors, and parent leaders at the second annual Community Partnership Alliance presented by Hillsborough County Public Schools. The gathering was more than just another meeting — it was an intentional, solutions-driven conversation focused on how to move students forward together by breaking down silos and partnering with purpose.

During the discussions, Dr. Baker emphasized the importance of the district’s Family and Community Engagement initiative and addressed chronic absenteeism as a community-wide challenge, not just a school issue. By bringing her voice and experience to these conversations, she continues to champion the shared responsibility needed to create lasting impact for students. Her active involvement reflects her belief that collaboration isn’t just valuable — it’s essential to building brighter futures for the next generation.
