Let me tell you something that high achievers rarely admit out loud:

Success can look complete on paper and still feel unfinished in your spirit.

I know because I built that version of success.

For decades, I held senior leadership roles inside major financial services firms. I led national initiatives, shaped strategy, and supported thousands of advisors. By every traditional metric, I had arrived.

But arrival and alignment are not the same thing.

Personal loss and a life-altering health challenge forced me to confront a harder question: Was I building a life that reflected my values, or simply mastering the system I was given?

Clarity changes everything.

I did not leave Corporate America to escape it. I left because I saw a larger assignment.

The common thread across my career has never been a title. It has been this:

Helping people see what’s possible and build the path to get there.

That work now takes different forms.

I am the Founder and CEO of The RBI Group, a strategic marketing and advisory consultancy. I own and invest in multiple businesses. I teach advertising strategy at the University of South Florida, where I challenge students to think critically about power, influence, and economics. I speak nationally on AI, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the racial wealth gap. My TEDx talk on financial inequality has reached more than 75,000 viewers. I hold a Doctor of Business Administration, an MBA from Penn State, executive education from The Wharton School, and industry certifications spanning finance, AI, and coaching. The credentials matter because they reflect discipline and depth. But they are not the headline.

The headline is this:

I believe wealth must be redefined.

I believe leadership must be intentional.

I believe systems can be challenged and redesigned.

I believe faith and strategy are not opposites.
